Eastbourne Local Plan – Draft Local Plan – Consultation Events

Eastbourne Borough Council has launched a consultation to seek the views of local residents, businesses and other stakeholders on a Draft Local Plan for Eastbourne.

The Draft Local Plan proposes a vision, objectives and development strategy for Eastbourne (outside of the South Downs National Park) to 2042, alongside a range of policies that will guide development and infrastructure requirements to ensure that it helps to deliver that vision and strategy.

You have previously been invited to participate in the Draft Local Plan consultation. The consultation is open now and will run until 5pm on Friday 10th April 2026.
