Our incredible volunteers are at the heart of everything we do, helping ensure our services run smoothly. The more volunteers we have, the more we can grow and extend our reach to those in need.

𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂:
⭐️Someone who enjoys driving, meeting new people, and offering a helping hand?
⭐️Aged between 25 and 70?
⭐️Able to spare a few hours, either regularly or occasionally?

𝙄𝙛 𝙨𝙤, 𝙬𝙚'𝙙 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙟𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙨 𝙖 𝙫𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧!

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:
As a volunteer driver, you’ll support our daily shopper services and Wealdlink community trips, transporting passengers on a variety of routes. These trips range from short, local journeys to longer, more adventurous excursions. Whether you can commit to once a week or once a month, our volunteers will tell you that the work is both rewarding and fulfilling.

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁:
✔️All volunteer drivers will receive full MiDAS training (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) to ensure you're confident and ready.
✔️We ask our drivers to engage with passengers in a friendly and respectful manner, especially as many of our passengers may be elderly, disabled, or have other mobility needs.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂:
✔️Out-of-pocket expenses will be covered, so you won’t have to worry about costs.
