Dad La Soul exists to tackle isolation, champion emotionally engaged fatherhood and create spaces where dads and male carers feel seen, heard and supported.

As we grow, more dads are reaching out. More communities are asking for connection. More families need safe, welcoming spaces.

Volunteers are what make that possible.

It only happens because someone shows up.

Our volunteers help us:

• Create inclusive, welcoming spaces for dads and children
• Reduce loneliness and isolation
• Keep support peer-led and real
• Grow into new towns and communities
• Reach fathers who might otherwise struggle alone
• Without volunteers, this doesn’t happen. With them, we build something that lasts.

You may just want to help set up and pack down chairs, tables and equipment. You may want to be the life and soul of the conversation, or perhaps engaging dads and kids is your thing? Either way we have room for all.
