Third party harrasment ⚠️

From the 30th of  October, employers will have a stronger legal duty to protect staff from harassment by customers, clients, patients and other members of the public. Changes to the Equality Act 2010 mean organisations must take reasonable steps to prevent third-party harassment at work.

The change raises an important question for all workplaces: how do we create environments where staff feel safe, respected and supported, especially when their role involves regular contact with the public?
