We have a variety of flexible roles to match your interests and availability:

• Social Activities: Join members for a cup of tea, a friendly chat, or help them stay connected by supporting our social events and crafts groups.
• Sports & Healthy Living Volunteers: Help support fun sessions like our weekly Sound Tennis programme and our Bowls Group, run in partnership with Defiant Sports.
• Outings: join us for an exciting shopping trip, café club or swimming group helping members to grow in confidence and maintain their independence
