Holding Difficult Conversations with families: Workshop for Practitioners

Raising difficult issues with families is a key aspect of working in both preventative and safeguarding situations but in practice it can be challenging. Being able to raise concerns in a constructive and clear way and to reflect on our individual responses to conflict, will be explored on this course.
