Following the completion of the combined Domestic Homicide and Child Safeguarding Practice Review in relation to Clare & Adam, known locally as the Family D review, we have made available a 16 minute recording of the learning presentation shared in the briefing sessions. The learning points included in the briefing are summarised from the full report to support effective understanding and practical application in professional safeguarding practice.
