Here at ‘One You East Sussex’, we are your go to provider of the Public Health, Making Every Contact Count Training – also known as MECC. This training is provided free of charge and can be of great benefit to anyone who works with or has conversations with people in relation to their health & wellbeing.

We have two MECC session coming up which are open to anyone from any sector who would benefit from this invaluable training.
