Merkaba® – Therapeutic board game workshop

Merkaba® is a therapeutic board game workshop that enhances connection with ourselves, each other, and nature whilst teaching self-regulation techniques and mindful listening skills. Delivered in 2-3 hour sessions designed for 8 participants at a time, the workshop can be experienced as a one-off or as regular meetings that deepen relationships and understanding with each session. In a safe, nurturing, and playful environment, participants identify natural remedies that can be self-harvested, learn simple therapeutic practices, and are gently encouraged to become curious and open up. Specifically designed to support personal growth through play, Merkaba® guides participants toward balance and wellbeing in a supportive, non-clinical setting.
