Places available – Safeguarding Humanity: Dangers of AI – November 5th, 2.00-3.00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams

There are still places available on this exciting Pan Sussex event taking place on November 5th, 2.00-3.00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams.

You’ve seen it in the news, perhaps you use it at work or as part of your daily routine. As with any transformative technology, it can introduce new threats and risks that we need to be aware of to protect both ourselves and our loved ones.

This action packed and police led, non-technical session covers everything you need to know about how to use AI safety but also how to stay safe from AI Enabled Crime.

Key Topics Include:

Cyber Crime: An introductory reminder of our core Cyber Security messages and how Cyber Criminals operate and the impact AI has had on the landscape.

Nature of AI: What is AI? How does it work, what can it do and what will it be able to do?

AI Safety: What you must NEVER enter on AI platforms, the guardrails that exist and how criminals exploit AI tools.

Demonstration: Experience AI-generated media. Learn how to identify AI videos, deepfakes and voice impersonations. Fun cat videos included.

Safeguarding Humanity: What are the core messages for protecting yourself, your organisation or your family from AI?

Q&A Period: Ask us anything!
