Respiratory Winter Wellness events – East Sussex

The NHS Community Respiratory Service and East Sussex County Council are running a series of Respiratory Winter Wellness events across the county, including an event in Crowborough this Friday 11th September 2026, from 10:00am to 1:30pm.

The event is free to attend and open to all adults in East Sussex, whether you are living with a lung condition, supporting someone who is, or simply interested in learning more about your lung health. No booking is required.

Where and when:

• Crowborough:Friday 11 September 2026, 10am – 1.30pm, Crowborough Community Centre
• Eastbourne:Tuesday 15 September 2026, 12pm – 3.30pm, Sovereign Harbour Community Centre
• Peacehaven:Friday 18 September 2026, 10am – 1.30pm, The Joff Community Centre
• Hastings: Tuesday 22 September 2026, 10am – 1.30pm, Broomgrove Community Hub

Attendees will have access to:

• One-to-one advice and support
• Informative talks from respiratory experts
• Information from local and national organisations
• Free lung function tests
