We’re Recruiting Creative Tutors : Join the Develop Outdoors Team

Develop Outdoors CIC is growing and we’re looking for passionate, creative professionals who want to do education differently.

We deliver engaging alternative provision for young people who thrive through practical, relational and personalised learning approaches. As we expand our programmes for September 2026, we are recruiting for three exciting term-time roles in East Sussex:

- Post-16 Lead Tutor (£25 per hour 3 days per week)
- Functional Skills Tutor (English & Maths) (£35 per hour 3 days per week)
-Vocational Tutor – Creative & Practical Learning (£22 per hour - up to 2 days per week)
All Tutoring roles are freelance with the potential for up to 5 days a week Tutoring work across our organisation)

These roles are ideal for people who:

Think outside the traditional classroom model
Build strong relationships with young people
Are creative, adaptable and student-centred
Have experience within SEND, SEMH, alternative provision, youth work or vocational learning
