Eastbourne Community Land Trust
Eastbourne Community Land Trust is a voluntary group established in 2018 to provide affordable home ownership for people working in the local economy. Our first community-led housing project is to raise finance and build five new houses in Langney during 2024/2025, which will be sold under a shared ownership scheme. Our vision is to become a major provider of home ownership with local workers.
