GamCare runs the free National Gambling Helpline (0808 8020 133) for anyone affected by gambling harms. Operated 24/7, 365 days a week. We provide a range of support options for problem gamblers and affected others using a stepped care approach. We offer a range of interventions depending on the clients need such as gambling specific information and advice, triage assessment, groups and peer support. GamCare also provide free CPD Accredited Gambling Harms Awareness Training to professionals to help them understand the impact and risks of harmful gambling, help identify those at risk and in need of support and how to signpost service users using the referral pathway.
