Supporting parents with their infant feeding choices whilst building a community in East-Sussex Our weekly cafes offer a safe, friendly and understanding environment for breastfeeding mums to connect, chat and feel supported. We chat over tea (or coffee) and cake, discussing a different topic each week. We run regular clinics for mothers who may be looking for reassurance or help with any challenges along the way. Whether you're experiencing difficulties or just want to ask a few questions, our clinics offer a safe, private, and confidential space. Throughout the year, we host larger community events to celebrate key awareness days and annual milestones, bringing families together for fun, connection, and support.
