Spaces available at Age We Care day centre, Cross in Hand, Heathfield

We currently have spaces available at our Age We Care centre, where our trained and friendly team provide fun and engaging activities for those living with dementia and other care needs.

We provide a hot cooked meal, entertainment and exercise sessions from 10am – 3.30pm, as well as a Community Cafe, also open to carers and the person they care for, in the afternoon from 1.30pm.
